Super 8 By Wyndham Billings Hotel

We stayed at the brand-new room with a handicapped bathroom, a microwave and king size bed. The staff was superfriendly and efficient - we definitely want to stay in that area again.

I've had a nice stay for the price. Clean, smoke-free hotel, I enjoyed newly renovated rooms and pleasant staff. The venue had a nice position, to never having been in the area before. What's more, it was not far from high heels, a sports bar and stores and restaurants.

The vibe here was FAMILY.

small bathroom, noisy air conditioner, window with a view of the parking lot above us, breakfast was a joke.

Great way to end our trip. Newly decorated and large units with a good bed, the bathroom, for instance. Convenient peaceful location, in Montana area. So close to Yellowstone park, many restaurants, and In town near shopping.

Friendly staff made the check-in process easy.

I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness in the room. There were visible stains in the bathroom, made me question how the space was sanitized. The advertised breakfast options were nonexistent. I had expected at least something decent for the price I paid.

On the outskirts in an industrial region, too far away from shops, restaurants etc especially as I didn't have a car at my disposal.

there was a used wash cloth and open bar of soap on the sink. i didn't get a coffee packet for the second day.

pleasant stay but needs minor improvements

The laundry room provided a great experience. The staff members were genuinely friendly. Breakfast had a good selection like biscuits and gravy.

Friendly staff and close to Interstate.

We stayed 2 nights. Checkout time is 11:00 so cleaning staff were around when we left at noon. We returned early evening and the room had not been serviced - we needed new towels. Perhaps they could get door hangers that say 'Please make up room'. There was only a 'Do not disturb' door hanger and we removed it when we went out.

The hotel had a warm, cute atmosphere. The staff was friendly, assisting me promptly with any requests. The room wasnice and neat. I felt well taken care of .

Bathroom could use better ventilation.

Front desk staff was excellent. Pizza delivery was efficient and liked the fact there was info on where to order in the room, as we arrived very late in the night.

The carpet was filthy and there was a dead grasshopper beside the bed. I also didn't like the plastic mattrass protector.

While the bathroom fan needed attention, the overall experience remained pleasant. A great option for anyone needing a restful night after travel.

It has nice and handy location to never having been in the area before, in an awesome area...

The hotel staff were accommodating during our early check-out.
